I attended Vincennes and Purdue University.
After college I was employed as an enforcement officer with the Indiana State Board of Animal Health. Moved to Carroll County, Indiana in 1976.
Started in the Agriculture field working for Wilsons of Brook, Indiana in the Grain Systems Industries. I work for Behlen Mfg. Co. for four years as a District Mgr. I then worked for Delphi Products C. and served as General Mgr. After three years I returned to the Wilson Organization serving in different capacities from Design Specialist to V.P. of Sales and Marketing.
In 1993, I joined Indiana Farm Systems at Russiaville, Indiana and have served as the Project Design Specialist overseeing design, sales, and construction of grain systems to farm and industry.
I have been involved in community functions. I served six years on the Carroll County Fair Board as Vice President and President. I served six years on the Carroll County Cooperative Extension Board also serving as Vice President and President.
For the last ten years I have been a member of the Delphi Community School Corporation Board of Trustees. I have served as President for the last six years.
In 2004, I was diagnosed with Leukemia and Splenatic Lymphoma. I have been in remission since 2005. In June of 2010 it was determined that my Lymphoma had returned and I am currently undergoing Chemo Treatment.
